We offer an adventure of innovation challenges where Innovation Heroes gain a wide range of personal, team, and organizational capabilities and competencies. The Innovation Journey prepares the transforming learner to aspire to ideal innovation futures.
The TCB Innovation Journey is a series of conversations, workshops, experiences, field-trips and ethnographic treks to explore innovation. Our activities are based on the exploratory, participatory and interpretive ways of knowing in Serious Games. Evolutionary Systems Design is the formal modelling framework we use to continuously design task-oriented group processes targeted on aligning values, design/development, enterprising and reflecting on meaning perspectives.
